Bonna Sabla was the leading manufacturer of pre-cast concrete products in Western Europe. At the time of Abénex’s acquisition, the firm’s activities were concentrated in France and structured around four core divisions focusing on: sewage treatment plants and public water networks, civil engineering and real estate, railways and pressure pipes. Bonna Sabla operated a total of 55 manufacturing sites, 44 of which located in France.
