Founded in 1684, De Dietrich consisted of three divisions at the time of Abénex’s acquisition:
- i) De Dietrich Thermique, one of the leading European manufacturers of heating equipments
- ii) Cogifer, a leading operator in the railway industry manufacturing signalling equipments, fixings and safety products across installation and maintenance of tracks and networks and
- iii) De Dietrich Process Systems, a leading provider of equipment and services for the fine-chemical and pharmaceutical industries specialising in the production of glass components, glass-lined steel equipments and filtration / drying equipments.
