Cette op\u00e9ration a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce aux excellentes performances du groupe et elle a permis \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019abaisser le co\u00fbt de son endettement tout en ouvrant la porte au financement de potentielles acquisitions. Le Management a renouvel\u00e9 sa confiance \u00e0 Tikehau qui a pr\u00e9empt\u00e9 l\u2019op\u00e9ration et Abenex a pu r\u00e9aliser une partie significative de son investissement initial.<\/p>\r\n<p>Cisbio est une biotech fran\u00e7aise dont les produits et services sont utilis\u00e9s tout au long des phases de recherche de nouveaux m\u00e9dicaments, lors de l\u2019identification et de l\u2019optimisation de ces derniers, en amont des tests cliniques. Les r\u00e9actifs d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s sont bas\u00e9s sur la technologie de fluorescence en milieu homog\u00e8ne HTRF\u00ae mise au point par Cisbio, devenue un standard du march\u00e9.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\r\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-473\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abenex.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/cisbio_bioassays_in_codolet_france_center_for_development_production_and_sales.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"513\" height=\"342\" \/><\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Le groupe, bas\u00e9 dans le Gard, est pr\u00e9sent dans toutes les zones o\u00f9 se concentre la recherche de nouveaux m\u00e9dicaments dans le monde, avec notamment des \u00e9quipes aux Etats-Unis, en Chine et au Japon.
