Il a d\u00e9but\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re en 2004 chez Morgan Stanley, au sein de la division Investment Banking. Il y travaillera pr\u00e8s de 7 ans, dans un premier temps pour les diff\u00e9rents fonds immobiliers (MSREF, Special Situations, Core) \u00e0 Londres, Madrid et Paris, puis \u00e0 partir de 2008, comme Directeur de la Strat\u00e9gie de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 cot\u00e9e (SIIC) Compagnie la Lucette, v\u00e9hicule d\u2019investissement de MSREF en France. Lors du rachat de celui-ci par Icade en 2010, il prend la Direction des Investissements et de la Strat\u00e9gie de la division Icade Fonci\u00e8re Tertiaire.
