Having grown organically over the past decade, Square has in October 2017 acquired Alternea (a consulting firm specialised in digital transformation) and envisages further acquisitions in France and abroad.<\/p>\r\n<p>This transaction allows for a reorganisation of the company\u2019s shareholding, with the current management remaining in place and the investment of around fifteen new Partners.<\/p>\r\n<p>The transaction will also provide considerable financial resources to support future organic and external growth.<\/p>\r\n<p>The founders, led by J\u00e9r\u00f4me Boucheron, remain majority shareholders.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\r\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-533\" src=\"https:\/\/www.abenex.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/square-management-consulting.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"420\" height=\"224\" \/><\/figure>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u201cAbenex\u2019s investment in Square provides us with the means necessary to fuel our company\u2019s growth, and to become a leading European management consulting firm\u201d, said J\u00e9r\u00f4me Boucheron, Chairman and Founder of Square.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u201cWe have known Square and its founders for more than a decade and are convinced of the quality and the stability of the management team.
