J\u00e9r\u00f4me is a Partner in Abenex Mid-Cap team. He has worked on numerous investments, including Hild, RG Safety, Prosol \u2013 Grand Frais, AC Environnement and Blanchon. J\u00e9r\u00f4me was born in Limousin and comes from a family of entrepreneurs. His career began as an M&A advisor at Sodica, before moving into acquisition financing at Natixis. He worked with the Abenex team on several occasions across various LBO financing transactions, and subsequently decided to join Abenex in 2008. In 2015, J\u00e9r\u00f4me became CFO of an SME in the high-end carpentry sector based near Lyon, leading two external growth operations. J\u00e9r\u00f4me rejoined Abenex in 2017 to open the Lyon office, bringing deep operational and industry insight gained during his two years as CFO.<\/p>\n
