Abenex's Real Estate activity becomes Percier Real Estate

Abenex announces its intention to establish its real estate activity as a subsidiary, subject to AMF approval, which will be renamed Percier Real Estate, and act as an independent real estate management company pursuing the same investment strategy: value-add transactions principally in Paris and the inner suburbs.

This evolution marks a significant milestone in the Team’s real estate development, initiated by Abenex in 2014 with the structuring of several Core + vehicles, notably designed for the acquisition of Grand Frais stores.

Percier Real Estate's creation responds to a dual ambition: on one hand, granting the real estate platform greater strategic autonomy and operational agility to accelerate its development; on the other hand, strengthening the proximity and service quality provided to its investors and partners.

Independence driving growth

Becoming a subsidiary will give Percier Real Estate its own governance, dedicated resources and an identity fully aligned with its sector specificities. This organisation aims to:

• Accelerate the deployment of its real estate investment strategy;

• Strengthen its responsiveness in executing transactions;

• Develop an even closer, more personalised relationship with institutional and private investors;

• Attract additional resources and retain talent specialised in real estate.

In a real estate environment undergoing deep transformation, this autonomy represents a key lever for seizing market opportunities and adapting investment strategies with agility.

Abenex's long-term support

Abenex will remain Percier Real Estate's reference shareholder and will continue to actively support its development. This evolution reflects an entrepreneurial logic consistent with Abenex's DNA: structuring, growing and supporting entrepreneurial projects led by committed teams.

This new chapter is part of an entrepreneurial project led by Vincent Brunswick, Partner in charge of Abenex REIM's activity since 2018, supported by the team he has built. In direct continuity with the trajectory developed within Abenex, Percier Real Estate aims to continue growing an independent, agile real estate platform, recognised for its strategies’ performance and execution quality.
