De Hooge Waerder (“DHW”) is a leading regional full-service accountancy and advisory firm headquartered in North Holland. The company offers a comprehensive range of services, including accountancy, tax advisory, audit, legal services, payroll and corporate finance, serving approximately 3,000 SME clients. With around 200 professionals across five offices, DHW has built a strong regional presence and long-standing client relationships.

Abenex has partnered with the management team to support DHW’s next phase of development. The project aims to accelerate the company’s expansion, broaden its service offering and further strengthen its position in the Dutch accountancy market and across the Benelux region.

Abenex will leverage its hands-on approach and experience in supporting growing SMEs to help DHW scale its platform and pursue external growth opportunities. This investment is in line with Abenex’s strategy to support high-quality service platforms in the Benelux region.
