\u201cThis operation intervenes in a context of the business\u2019 outperformance, generating financial results above initial forecasts. The company is led by Marc-Henry Lussigny and his team and has become a leading player in the cosmetics market\u201d adds Paul Bertrand, Partner at Abenex.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
The company has recorded a growth rate close to 25% over 2021, while production capacity allows it to meet its development plan\u2019s requirements going forward.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Thanks to its refinancing, the company maintains its ability to pursue potential future external growth acquisitions.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
This operation was carried out with the support of \u201cArkea Banque Entreprises et Institutionnels\u201d – which had already provided financing for the 2020 transaction – and the Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Ille-et-Vilaine.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
