These add-on operations enable the company to serve a portfolio of over 20,000 clients, including top-tier clients across various industries, such as the energy, defence and the pharmaceutical industries.<\/p>\n<p>The Group has a very solid technological foundation and provides premium products within the test and measurement global market. Asgard aims to pursue a buy &amp; build strategy in order to expand its product range and associated services for its niche customer base.<\/p>\n<p>Abenex&#8217;s investment has provided Asgard with substantial resources to pursue further acquisitions in a high-growth market. The Group\u2019s objective is to acquire companies with a strong technological focus that will complement its instrumentation business or strengthen its service business.
