Joshua began his academic journey at Universit\u00e9 Paris-Dauphine before pursuing his studies at London Business School, where he developed a strong interest in real estate investment. Upon returning from London, he gained initial experience at Absolute Capital Partners in collateralized private debt. He then joined Abenex<\/a> as part of his final-year internship before becoming an Analyst within the Real Estate team, where he is involved in the analysis and execution of value-add investments.<\/p>\n
