Antoine Bouvatier

Antoine has been General Counsel at Abenex since 2007, helping to oversee the process of the management company becoming independent from ABN AMRO in 2008. He is responsible for all legal matters at Abenex, including for the funds and investments that Abenex manages, and leads the compliance and internal control functions. He also helps portfolio companies with various legally focused initiatives such as external growth, governance and structuring. Antoine is from Paris. For over eight years, he was a lawyer at corporate law firms both in New York and Paris, firstly at Richards Kibbe & Orbe and then at Latham & Watkins.

It is specified that B Lab is not a conformity assessment body as defined by Regulation (EU) No 765/2008, nor is it a national, European, or international standardization body as per Regulation (EU) No 1025/2012. The criteria of the BIA are distinct and independent from the harmonized standards resulting from ISO norms or other standardization bodies, and they are not ratified by national or European public institutions.
