Vincent Brunswick

Partner

Vincent Brunswick is a Partner at Abenex, responsible for real estate investment management. Vincent grew up in Paris. He started working in the investment banking division at Morgan Stanley in 2004 where he stayed for almost seven years. He initially worked on various real estate funds, including MSREF, Special Situations and Core, in London, Madrid and Paris, and in 2008 was appointed as Strategic Director of the listed Compagnie la Lucette, MSREF’s investment vehicle in France. When Icade bought the company in 2010, he was appointed Investment and Strategy Director of the foncière tertiaire division. In 2011, he joined a Parisian family-owned real estate operator as a partner to develop third-party investment by setting up various funds and investment companies for value-add operations in Paris and the surrounding areas.

“Certified B Corporation” is a trademark licensed by B Lab, a private non-profit organization, to companies like ours that have successfully completed the B Impact Assessment (“BIA”) and therefore meet the requirements set by B Lab for social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. It is specified that B Lab is not a conformity assessment body as defined by Regulation (EU) No 765/2008, nor is it a national, European, or international standardization body as per Regulation (EU) No 1025/2012. The criteria of the BIA are distinct and independent from the harmonized standards resulting from ISO norms or other standardization bodies, and they are not ratified by national or European public institutions.
