Capucine is an Associate at Abenex. She began her career in M&A at DC Advisory, where she spent more than three years, before joining the Large Cap team at Rothschild & Co. She has advised companies and sponsors on disposals, acquisitions and restructurings across a range of sectors, including healthcare, aerospace and defence, and business services.
