LP Promotion

Created in 1996, LP Promotion is a residential real estate developer mostly in the South West of France.

It primarily operates in Toulouse, Bordeaux and more recently the Paris region, and addresses "buy-to-let investors", "social housing" sales, and "owner-occupiers". Since its creation, the group sold ~ 7000 home units through a multi-channel approach including: LP Promotion also manages seniors’ residences and students homes. - external sales: with national / regional selling networks and independent wealth management advisors - internal sales with: "in house" teams covering local customers and "social housing" sales in bulk.
