RG Safety

Before its acquisition by Abenex, RG Safety was a family-owned business, which was founded in 1987. It distributes Personal Protective Equipment (eyewear protection, helmets, gloves, etc.) used by workers in several specialised industries.

The company offers c.30,000 products, which are sold to c.15,000. At the time of Abenex’s holding period, RG Safety has a 17% market share in France with a strong reputation for its complete offer, service quality and technical proficiency. Present in several countries in Europe, it acquired during the detention period of Abenex one of the leaders in the distribution of personal protective equipment in Italy.
