Abenex REIM announces the recruitment of Benjamin Quiviger as Manager

Benjamin Quiviger joins the Abenex Real Estate team to strengthen its valorization, development and management of complex projects capabilities. He will bring his expertise and technical knowledge to reposition assets, manage and create long term sustainable value by taking into account environmental as well as technical factors. Benjamin has worked for over 14 years in the real estate and construction sector: he has notably worked more than 8 years for Kaufman & Broad where he supervised the realization of large-scale commercial projects, including their headquarters in Courbevoie (France). He previously worked 6 years at Vinci Construction France where he developed a valuable experience in construction and project-monitoring. Benjamin is graduate of INSA Rennes and a Master degree in management of Real Estate at Paris Dauphine University.
