Ikos Group announces the acquisition of an equity stake by Abenex, as a minority shareholder of the Group, alongside the founders Serge Chelly and Michael Boyer as well as new managing partners.

Present in France, Spain, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, the United States, the United Kingdom and more recently in Italy and Canada, ikos is a leading international consulting group in the railway sector and has also developed its expertise in the energy sector.

The operation allows for an evolution of the shareholding while ensuring the continuity of the existing team and the acquisition of stakes by a dozen new shareholders. The transaction also provides significant resources to support its strong organic growth and to carry out external growth operations. Serge Chelly retains the majority of the capital.
