Premista

Established in 1999 by Jean-Marie Person, today Premista is the French leader in debt consolidation and related insurance products for individuals.

Loans provided by Premista enable customers to refinance their existing car, home improvement, consumer and/or mortgage loans into a single loan, with extended repayment dates and lower instalments compared to their existing debt structure. Premista sources its customers through the banking networks of its salespeople, and also online. Ymanci (formerly known as Central Finances) is Premista’s main brand in this market. In addition, Premista runs a dealer network which was developed in 2009 with two brand names: Credit Libra and Simply MIOB. Since 2017, it is also present on mortgage brokerage with Ymanci brand (formerly UCI Immobilier)
