Abenex March 2026 Promotions announcements

Abenex is a French and European private equity long-standing player and a B Corp-certified firm, has a team of 45+ professionals across its four offices in Paris, Lyon, Amsterdam and Milan.

Abenex is pleased to announce the promotion of two team members within its Small Cap team. Launched in 2018, the Small Cap team is composed of six professionals, including three Partners.

Olivier Servant, Managing Director (37 years old)

 

Olivier has been promoted to Managing Director within Abenex’s Small Cap team, which he joined in May 2020 as a Principal.
Olivier was involved in Abenex’s investment and reinvestment in Ekoscan, as well as in the investments in Phenomen and Groupe Emeraude, and in the sale of Naturellement Gourmand in 2021.

Olivier began his career at Turenne Capital in 2014, before joining Siparex’s Paris office in 2016. He worked on several growth capital and LBO transactions, mainly in primary deals, often involving external growth strategies.

Olivier is also a member of Abenex’s Mission Committee, ensuring that our commitments are integrated into our investment approach in support of sustainable value creation.

Olivier graduated from the Master 224 of Université Paris Dauphine, where he has been teaching private equity since 2019.

 

Angèle France, Director (34 years old)

 

Angèle is promoted to Director within the Small Cap team after joining Abenex in September 2021 as an Investment Manager.

Graduated from ESSEC, Angèle was involved in the acquisitions of IPSSI, Asgard and Santis. She was also involved in the monitoring of Inlog, through several build-ups and her involvement in the exit process.

Angèle began her career in 2015 within the Finance Department at Hermès, in Singapore and then in Paris. She then spent four years at EY where she worked on various assignments, including financial due diligence and statutory audit.

Angèle is also involved in the Level20 organisation, which promotes diversity and aims to increase the representation of women in senior positions in private equity across Europe.

The criteria of the BIA are distinct and independent from the harmonized standards resulting from ISO norms or other standardization bodies, and they are not ratified by national or European public institutions.
