Abenex Value acquires an asset mainly used for offices, located at 37 rue Marbeuf in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, via a group of private investors.
Entirely vacant, with a total floor area of 1,500 m² on six levels and a retail shop on the first floor, this building will be part of the Abenex Value real estate portfolio, alongside projects on rue du Cherche-Midi (Paris 6th arrondissement) and avenue Spinoza in Ivry-sur-Seine. In line with Abenex Value’s strategy, this real estate asset will undergo a major repositioning program to exploit the full potential of its exceptional location in the Triangle d’Or.
This transaction was carried out through Nexity Conseil et Transaction. Abenex Value was also advised by Oasis Groupe.
Screeb Notaires and Maître Jeanne Bavière-Ryssen assisted the buyer and sellers respectively. The transaction was financed by My Partner Bank.
