Eureka Education acquires Euridis

Eureka Education, a major player in private Professional and Higher Education, is diversifying with the acquisition of Euridis

Created in 1992, Euridis is the first business school specialising in training students in complex sales and BtoB commercial negotiation, particularly for the High Technology sector. Based in Paris, Lyon and Toulouse and holding two RNCP certificates, Euridis offers a complete and varied range of training, from initial training, apprenticeship to continuing education. Thanks to its know-how and the quality of its training courses, Euridis has developed a solid network of more than 500 partner companies enabling it to offer its students first-rate employability.

At the end of a competitive process to search for industrial backing organised by the Education team of the investment bank Financière de Courcelles, the shareholders and managers of Euridis have decided to join forces with Eureka Education.

Eureka Education, through its subsidiary Silvya Terrade Group, is today the leading private teaching group in aesthetics, cosmetics, perfumery and hairdressing in France and Europe. The acquisition of Euridis enables the Eureka group to diversify its range of courses in the complex sales and digital professions while preserving its DNA centred on the professionalisation of its students.

The organisation and geographical coverage of Eureka Education (thanks to its 48 locations under the Silvya Terrade brand in France, Switzerland and England) will enable Euridis’ CEO, Perrine Puberl, and her teams to continue the remarkable growth trajectory achieved in recent years.
