Vincent Brunswick

Vincent est Associé chez Abenex, en charge de l’activité immobilière (Real Estate Investment Management).

Vincent est originaire de Paris. Il a débuté sa carrière en 2004 chez Morgan Stanley, au sein de la division Investment Banking. Il y travaillera près de 7 ans, dans un premier temps pour les différents fonds immobiliers (MSREF, Special Situations, Core) à Londres, Madrid et Paris, puis à partir de 2008, comme Directeur de la Stratégie de la société cotée (SIIC) Compagnie la Lucette, véhicule d’investissement de MSREF en France. Lors du rachat de celui-ci par Icade en 2010, il prend la Direction des Investissements et de la Stratégie de la division Icade Foncière Tertiaire. Fin 2011, il rejoint, comme Associé, un opérateur immobilier parisien à capitaux familiaux pour développer l’activité d’investissement pour compte de tiers, en créant plusieurs fonds et sociétés d’investissements dédiées à la réalisation d’opérations value-added à Paris et en région parisienne.

It is specified that B Lab is not a conformity assessment body as defined by Regulation (EU) No 765/2008, nor is it a national, European, or international standardization body as per Regulation (EU) No 1025/2012. The criteria of the BIA are distinct and independent from the harmonized standards resulting from ISO norms or other standardization bodies, and they are not ratified by national or European public institutions.
