Joshua began his academic journey at Université Paris-Dauphine before pursuing his studies at London Business School, where he developed a strong interest in real estate investment. Upon returning from London, he gained initial experience at Absolute Capital Partners in collateralized private debt. He then joined Abenex as part of his final-year internship before becoming an Analyst within the Real Estate team, where he is involved in the analysis and execution of value-add investments.
