Ikos Group announces the acquisition of an equity stake by Abenex, as a minority shareholder of the Group, alongside the founders Serge Chelly and Michael Boyer as well as new managing partners.

“We were won over by the quality and stability of the management team. The group has been able to take advantage of its strong business expertise to expand internationally. ikos is now a highly reputable player in the rail sector and is ideally positioned to benefit from the growth and consolidation of the market”, said Olivier Moatti, Abenex.
