Antoine Houël

Partner Development & Fundraising

Antoine is in charge of Business Development and Fundraising and was previously an investment Partner in the Mid-Cap team at Abenex. He has worked on the investments in Vulcanic, Surys, Premista and Eureka Education. Antoine is from Cognac and grew up in Paris. He began his career in 2001 in the M&A department at Goldman Sachs where he participated in several international transactions for family-owned groups and CAC 40 companies, including France Telecom, Vivendi, and Laboratoires Fournier. In 2005, he joined Close Brothers, which later became DC Advisory Partners, a mid-cap independent investment bank, focusing on small and mid-cap companies. He was involved in a number of transactions on behalf of industrial clients, investment funds and entrepreneurs. Antoine joined the Abenex team in 2011, after advising the team on the sale of Protection One.
