Yana Guitton

Yana is an in-house lawyer at Abenex. Franco-Canadian born in Singapore, Yana passed her bar in Paris. She worked in the Corporate departments (Mergers & Acquisitions / Private Equity) of several law firms in Singapore (Ashurst, ADTLaw) and in Paris (Paulhan & Associés), as well as in the legal department of Mersen (formerly called Carbone Lorraine).
